Is there anything hotter than Wii Fit in the world of video games? OK, maybe Rock Band. But that’s really the only contender.

This is the game that makes getting fit fun and it’s perfect for all ages. In fact my 2 year old nephew absolutely loves to play it (he likes the running game.) Normally I wouldn’t recommend video games for children, but this is definitely an exception.

The game comes with a “balance board” which can actually be used with a lot of other games that are coming out for the Wii as well. This is another great reason to buy it because a lot of these other Wii games that use the balance board are also very cool (and physical.)

You can do all kinds of different fitness activities with this game and it tracks your progress too so you can really see if you are improving your fitness over time! These activities not only burn calories and strengthen your body, they also tend to be a whole heck of a lot of fun.

The bad thing about the Wii Fit being so immensely popular is that it’s almost impossible to find it in a local store and it’s even difficult to find it online.
